Part1 Theory on Herb Properties
Diseases are caused by pathogenic factors, which affect the human body, resulting in dysfunction of the internal organs and in hyperactivity or hypo-activity of yin, yang, qi and blood. Herbs are used to eliminate pathogenic factors restore normal function of the internal organs and rectify hyperactivity or hypo-activity of Yin, Yang, qi and blood, enable the body to recover from illness.
Curative effects of herbs come from their polarizing properties. Rectification of deviation by polarity is the essence of their curative effects. The theory on herb properties and the law governing applications are pharmacology of Chinese herbs, including four natures and five flavors, effects of lifting, lowering, floating or sinking, meridian tropism and toxicity.
Four natures and five flavors are the main contents of the theory on herb properties. Natures and flavors of herbs are the first principle of all indicated in books on herbology of all ages.
1. Four Natures
1.1. Concept of four natures
Four natures are cold, hot, warm and cool natures of herbs. Cold and cool natures are different in essence form and antagonistic against warm and hot natures, forming the two major properties. Cold nature is the same in essence as but, stronger than cool nature; and hot nature is the same in essence as but stronger than warm nature. More details, please read:

STOP BEING A SLAVE TO STARBUCKS!!!
Caffeine is from a plant, that plant keeps caffeine inside its leaves as poison so when eaten it will kill the insects, its used as the worlds number one pesticide for crops, fruit etc!
What Has Caffeine?
Coffee, black tea, green tea, chocolate, cola, kombucha, guarana, and yerba mate all have caffeine. Tea contains caffeine and theophylline. Chocolate contains caffeine and theobromine. Cola contains caffeine and theobromine. These are closely related compounds, called methylxanthine alkaloids. They are toxic addictive drugs.
Decaffeinated coffee and tea contain enough caffeine to cause tension and pain. Decaffeinated can be have almost as much caffeine as regular.

CAFFEINE ADDICTION (i.e. CAFFEINE DEPENDENCE)
Although caffeine does not produce with life-threatening health risks commonly associated with the use of classic drugs of addiction such as cocaine, heroin and nicotine, some caffeine users report becoming “addicted” to caffeine in the sense that they report an inability to quit or to cut down their caffeine use, they continue to use caffeine despite having medical or psychological problems made worse by caffeine. and they continue to use caffeine to avoid experiencing caffeine withdrawal symptoms.
Time course of caffeine withdrawal.
The caffeine withdrawal syndrome follows an orderly time course. Onset usually occurs 12 to 24 hours after terminating caffeine intake, although onset as late as 36 hours has been documented. Peak withdrawal intensity has generally been described as occurring 20 to 48 hours after abstinence. The duration of withdrawal has most often been described as ranging between 2 days and 1 week, although longer durations have been occasionally noted.
Child Slavery, Chocolate, and Coffee
Much chocolate, and some coffee, is grown in Ivory Coast (West Africa), using child slavery. Chocolate and coffee cause severe pain for slaves: they are beaten routinely.
Are you addicted?
Caffeine is an addictive drug. Among its many actions, it operates using the same mechanisms that amphetamines, cocaine, and heroin use to stimulate the brain. On a spectrum, caffeine’s effects are more mild than amphetamines, cocaine and heroin, but it is manipulating the same channels, and that is one of the things that gives caffeine its addictive qualities. If you feel like you cannot function without it and must consume it every day, then you are addicted to caffeine.

This is more like a short film than a music video idea for Multiple Mono’s track “After Math”.
I will be uploading a more condensed version concentrating more on the track. I’m in the process of cutting it together and it might get uploaded tonight if I can get it rendered in time (28 July 08).
Multiple Mono can be found here:

About the Video:
Like I said, this is the full cut and it’s also my first real Final Cut Express video, mixing far too many effects together and especially green screen experiments.
I wanted to do more than just a music video for my first FCE project, trying to storyboard scenes together etc.
I really enjoyed chucking it together and I hope you enjoy it too.
