Green Tea Nutrition

Those who are about to drink tea, I salute you! This film is about some key health benefits of choosing tea over sugary, caffeinated beverages like soda. This is my entry for the scholarship contest sponsored by the Tea Association of the USA. I play both parts–Soda is pretty close to how I actually feel on caffeine and high fructose corn syrup. It’s not pretty. At the end, I share a stupidly simple recipe for a smart way to drink bubble tea: straight up and sugar free!
